Connect a third-party marketplace.

Goal

Create buyer invoices and split payouts to sellers and platform.

Steps

  • Add server-side HMAC client.
  • Validate payout destinations.
  • Create marketplace invoice.
  • Use seller_splits for carts.
  • Poll or verify webhooks.

Acceptance Checks

  • Unsigned requests fail.
  • Invoice returns BOLT11.
  • Paid order updates payout status.

Slack Or Slacker?

The current implementation is Slacker-style: a human command catalog and Spark CLI command. Slack's own platform provides Web API, Events API, Status API and app tooling. If we want this inside Slack later, these commands can become slash commands or Slack app actions.
